NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby provided that Kinney-Mac Properties LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Borough of Collingswood Consolidated Planning Board of Adjustment ("Board"). The subject property is identified as Block 112.01, Lot 2 on the Borough of Collingswood Tax Map, commonly known as 334 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood New Jersey 08108 ("Property"). The Property is located in the Professional Office District (POD District). The Applicant is seeking "D2" use variance approval for an expansion of a legal preexisting nonconforming use. The Property received D1 use variance approval from the Board for the operation of a salon on the first floor with a one-bedroom residential apartment on the second floor. The Applicant intends to construct a second bedroom and a half bathroom in the residential apartment on the second floor and replace an existing deck.
The Applicant requests any variances, deviations, waivers or approvals that the Board or its professional staff deem necessary upon its review and approval of the application.
The Borough of Collingswood Consolidated Planning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on this application on June 22, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Borough of Collingswood Community Center, 30 West Collings Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108. All interested parties shall be provided with the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing of the Board and shall be entitled to testify before the Board and/or question the Applicant. The Board may continue the application and you are advised to contact the Secretary of the Board at the Municipal Building in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
When the case is called, you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present support/objections which you may have to the application.
The application and all associated documents, plans and materials may be inspected by the public during normal office hours in the office of the Board Secretary in the Municipal Building located at 678 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108.
