NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing at or around 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on July 8, 2026, with respect to the proposed issuance of one or more series of its Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Notes, Series 2026 (Beacon Heights Apartments Project) pursuant to a plan of financing, with a maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $25,000,000 (the "Note"), the proceeds of the sale thereof loaned to Beacon Apartments Preservation LLC (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing the acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, installation, improving and equipping of a 174-unit multi-family housing facility for individuals and families of low and moderate income to be known as Beacon Heights Apartments to be located at 3401 Ardmore Trail, South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana (the "Project"). The Borrower will be the principal user (within the meaning of Section 144(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code")) of the Project. The Note will be issued pursuant to the provisions of IC 5-20-1 (the "Act"), and pursuant to the Act will not constitute a debt, liability or obligation of the State of Indiana or a pledge of the faith and credit of the State of Indiana, but shall be payable solely from the funds pledged to the payment thereof. The public hearing is being held pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Code. Pursuant to Internal Revenue Service Revenue Procedure 2022-20 ("Rev.
