NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in the Council Chamber, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California, open to the public, where a report and assessment on public works improvement loan payments within said City, a copy of which is available for review at the City Clerk's Office, will be presented to the City Council for consideration and confirmation, and that all persons interested, having any objection to said report and assessment, may appear at said time and place to be heard.
