NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bondurant will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026 in the Bondurant City Council Chambers at 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa, to hear a request to voluntary annex Parcel 7922.05.100.003 located in unincorporated Polk County within two miles of the City of Altoona's city limits and further described as follows: THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW ¼), EXCEPT THE WEST 1,315.75 FEET THEREOF, OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 79 NORTH, RANGE 22, WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., POLK COUNTY, IOWA, SUBJECT TO EXISTING ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD. SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.25 ACRES AND THE OVERALL TRACT CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 87.94 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SUBJECT TO AN EXISTING TILE AND DRAINGE EASEMENT AND OTHER RESERVATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
