NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1, that on June 23, 2026 the Monroe County Council adopted "Resolution 2026-23A" pursuant to a petition by Scientia, LLC, located at 1252 North Loesch Road, Bloomington, IN 47404, in Monroe County, Indiana, for Economic Revitalization Area designation for five (5) years and a tax abatement of up to ten (10) years on real and personal property. A full map of the affected area and a copy of the application/petition are available for inspection in the office of the Monroe County Assessor's Office, Monroe County Courthouse, 100 W Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana 47404. On July 14, 2026 in the Nat U Hill III Meeting Room, Third Floor, Monroe County Courthouse, 100 W Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana, 47404, at 5:00 pm the Monroe County Council will hold a public hearing at which time the Council will consider the petition and will receive and hear remonstrances and objections from all interested parties.
