NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Anderson County Council will conduct a public hearing relating to Ordinance 2026-033 titled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A FEE IN LIEU OF TAX AND SPECIAL SOURCE CREDIT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN ANDERSON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, ARTIFLEX LLC, AND RED BULLET ANDERSON, LLC (PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED BY THE COUNTY AS PROJECT FLAT ROCK), WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY IN THE COUNTY, WHEREBY SUCH PROPERTY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL SOURCE CREDITS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO." The hearing will be held at the Anderson County Historic Courthouse at 101 South Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina 29624, beginning 6:30 p.m. on July 21, 2026. At the time and place fixed for this public hearing, all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the matters contemplated by the Ordinance above-referenced. The ordinance can be reviewed or a copy obtained from the Clerk to the County Council or the County Administrator at the County Council Office at 101 South Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina 29624 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
