NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Anderson County Council will conduct a public hearing relating to Ordinance 2026-034 titled, "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK (2010 PARK) OF ANDERSON AND GREENVILLE COUNTIES SO AS TO ENLARGE THE PARK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY ARTIFLEX, LLC." The hearing will be held at the Anderson County Historic Courthouse at 101 South Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina 29624, beginning 6:30 p.m. on July 21, 2026. At the time and place fixed for this public hearing, all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the matters contemplated by the Ordinance above-referenced. The ordinance can be reviewed or a copy obtained from the Clerk to the County Council or the County Administrator at the County Council Office at 101 South Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina 29624 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
