NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE LAGRANGE PLANNING BOARD hereby gives notice of a preliminary Public hearing to be held on 07/16/2026 at the LaGrange Town Hall located at 120 Stringham Road at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may appear on the agenda in the matter of the application of Kristin and Michael Coleman mailing address 57 Hillcrest Drive, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 for the granting of a Subdivision, Site Plan, and Special Use Permit, by said Board of a proposed application identified as Coleman Subdivision and which site is located and described as 57 Hillcrest Drive, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Citizens and parties of interest shall be heard by the Planning Board at said public hearing.
