NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Land Use Board of the Borough of Allendale will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Allendale Municipal Building, 2nd floor, 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, NJ 07401. The hearing is to consider the application of Rohsler Nursery Partners, LP. ("the Applicant") regarding the property located at 8 Rozmus Court, Allendale, NJ 07401, also known as Block 2004, Lot 20.01 on the official Tax Map of the Borough of Allendale. The property is located A Zone. The Applicant is proposing the enclosure of an existing open porch, 158 square feet in area, to provide additional living space.
