NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Village of Doylestown, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 24 South Portage Street, Doylestown, Ohio, regarding a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the Village of Doylestown. The proposed amendment would rezone certain properties within the Village from R-MF1 Residential Multi-Family District, R-2F Two-Family Residential District, BOP Business Office Professional District, BD Business District, and IL Light Industrial District to R-SF1 Residential Single-Family District and R-MF1 Residential Multi-Family District, as more particularly described in the proposed ordinance and Exhibit A on file with the Village. A copy of the proposed zoning map amendment, ordinance, and supporting documentation is available for public inspection at the Village Administration Office, 24 South Portage Street, Doylestown, Ohio, during normal business hours.
