
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Mt. Pleasant on Monday Evening July 20, 2026 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Town Hall located at One Tall Hall Plaza, Valhalla NY for the application of JMC Engineering... PLLC (Applicant) for Southrock, LLC D/B/A Fieldwood Club LLC (Owner) of premises located at 835 & 855 Sleepy Hollow Road Briarcliff Manor, NY seeking approval of a major subdivision of two parcels of former Rockefeller property totaling 214.41 acres into 65 parcels to develop an 18-hole golf course, fully amenitized country club, a Village Green, and approximately 75 single-family homes and town houses. The applications also include a petition to the Town Board for a text amendment to change the language of Section 218-43 Nonprofit membership clubs. The subject parcels are located in the R-40 Zoning District and are designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 110.8-1-1 & 104.20-1-1
This Public Hearing is to receive comments specifically relating only to the Draft Scoping Document for the proposed action. The Draft Scoping Document can be found at Town Hall or on the Town's website via the Planning Board page
