NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in the Council Chamber, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California, open to the public, and any person present will have the opportunity to be heard regarding adoption of an ordinance to amend Section 9.12.010 of Chapter 9.12 of the Tulare Municipal Code entitled and pertaining to "Prima Facie Speed Limits." A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available for public review in the Office of the City Clerk at Tulare City Hall, 411 E. Kern Avenue, 2nd Floor, Tulare, CA 93274 and on the City's website at www.tulare.ca.gov.
