NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hallsville Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Hallsville City Hall to consider a request submitted by Mike Teel to rezone the properties at 204 E. Highway OO and 108 S. Elizabeth Street. The applicant is requesting that the properties be rezoned from C-1 General Commercial District to R-4 High-Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District. At the public hearing, all interested persons, corporations, and political subdivisions will have the opportunity to present evidence or comments regarding the proposed rezoning. Notice is hereby given that the Hallsville Board of Aldermen will also hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Hallsville City Hall to consider the same rezoning request for the properties located at 204 E. Highway OO and 108 S. Elizabeth Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend either or both public hearings.
