The purpose of the hearings is to receive testimony, either oral or written, on the Annual Parcel Charge Reports for Fiscal Year 2026-27. The Annual Parcel Charge Reports identify all those parcels in the above-referenced Shasta County Permanent Road Division including PRD Zones or Permanent Road Divisions and County Service Areas that may be assessed a parcel charge on the 2026-27 tax bills for services rendered or benefits received in conjunction with operation of these districts. The Annual Parcel Charge Reports and supporting data may be reviewed at the Shasta County Department of Public Works located at 1855 Placer Street, Redding, California.
