NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING South Berwick Board of Assessment Review The South Berwick Board of Assessment Review will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the South Berwick Community Center, 71 Norton Street, South Berwick, Maine. The purpose of this hearing is to receive evidence and testimony regarding a pending property tax abatement appeal for the following property: 86 Berwick Road, South Berwick, Maine Map/Lot: 31-69 This hearing will be conducted in accordance with 36 M.R.S.A. §843, the Town of South Berwick Charter, and the Board of Assessment Review Rules of Procedure. The Board will act in a quasi-judicial capacity and will receive sworn testimony and evidence as part of the official record. This meeting is open to the public in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Act (1 M.R.S.A. §401 et seq.).
