NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. TABERNACLE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned, Shah Fahad, (Applicant) has applied to the Land Development Board of the Township of Tabernacle for an amended Minor Site Plan approval. The property in question is located at Tax Block 204, Lot 1.02, on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Tabernacle. The street address is: 1507 Route 206, Tabernacle, NJ 08088. The Applicant proposes the following: To continue the use of the property as an automobile sales business. The revised site plan being proposed includes an area in the rear of the property for overflow parking. As required, the area has been widened by 10ft for emergency access, if needed. There may be certain design waivers sought from the requirements of the Site Plan Ordinance and the applicant will seek such variances or waivers as the Board decides necessary in accordance with the law. A Public Hearing will be conducted by the Land Development Board at a meeting scheduled for: April 1 at 7:00 p.m., Tabernacle Fire House, 76 Hawkin Road, Tabernacle, New Jersey 08088; or as soon thereafter or until the matter is reached.
