NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE JAMES PLACE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Grimes, Iowa, will meet at the Grimes Community Complex, 410 SE Main Street, Room 202 in the City of Grimes, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th day of July, 2026, at which time and place the City Council will hold a public hearing on amending the James Place Planned Unit Development.
