NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPERTY OWNERS
BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK, ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given by Joseph Intagliata, residing at 521 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ, Block 38 Lot 10, of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a request for the modification or elimination of a condition from a 2008 Resolution to permit construction of a swimming pool and patio with partial roof. The applicant shall also seek any variance(s) that are required as it pertains to this application.
This matter will be heard at a public hearing of the Midland Park Zoning Board of Adjustment on March 11, 2026 at 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall, located at 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park. The meetings are open to the public and are scheduled to begin at 7:30, prevailing time, at the Borough of Midland Park, Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey and when the case is called, you may appear in person, or by authorized agent, or attorney, and present any objections, which you may have to the granting of this application. Formal action may be taken. The purpose of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application if you so desire.
For those who are in opposition to the proposal, you have the right to obtain an attorney to represent you, although this is not a requirement.
The application and all accompanying documents are available on the Zoning Board page of the Borough website (www.midlandparknj.gov) and in the Board of Adjustment office at Midland Park Borough Hall which is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
