NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET MARLBORO TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Please take notice that on March 24, 2026 at 7:30 PM, the Marlboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on an application filed by SunMun, LLC (the "Applicant"), by and through its member Mr. Prabin Dutta, who has entered into a contract to purchase the property described below.
The Applicant seeks the following relief in connection with the subject property:
1. Use Variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d): The Applicant seeks permission to operate a community residence for up to fifteen (15) elderly persons with disabilities (the "Proposed Use") in Zone LC (Land Conservation) District.
2. Such other variances, waivers, and approvals as may be deemed necessary or required by the Board at the time of the hearing. Such as a Bulk Variance(s) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) in connection with the Proposed Use, including but not limited to relief from any applicable requirements relating to lot area, setbacks, parking, and signage.
The premises which are the subject of this application are located at 118 Mountainside View, in Marlboro Township, New Jersey, said premises being designated as Block 154, Lot 1.07 on the official tax map of the Township of Marlboro.
The hearing will be held on March 24, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Marlboro Township Municipal Building, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746. If the matter is not concluded on that date, the hearing may be continued to a subsequent meeting date without further notice.
The application, plans, maps, and all supporting documents are on file and available for public inspection at the Marlboro Township Community Development Office, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746, during regular business hours approximately 10 days before the hearing, Copies may also be available on the Marlboro Township website. For those unable to access files online, arrangements can be made to receive hard copies by contacting the Community Development Office at (732) 536-0200 x1808.
Any interested party may appear at the hearing, in person or by agent or attorney, and present any objections or comments regarding the application. Comments during the public hearing are restricted to the specific subject matter for which the hearing is being held. If you wish to speak at the hearing, please arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the start of the meeting to register.
