NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET MARLBORO TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD Please take notice that on May 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM the Marlboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the request for approval of Bulk Variance on impervious coverage, to construct an inground swimming pool, with a 10 foot paver surround. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 308 Pleasant Valley Rd., said premises are known as Block 155 Lot 11. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at Marlboro Township 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746. Note that comments during a Public Hearing are restricted to the specific subject matter for which the Public Hearing is being held. If you wish to speak at the hearing, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the meeting to register.
