NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF ASHLAND The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 7:15 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA 01721. This Public Hearing can also be joined via Zoom video conference please see the Planning Board Agenda for this link. The Planning Board will hear the petition of Middlesex Savings Bank requesting Site Plan Review and Design Plan Review per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, 9.4 (Site Plan Review) and 9.6 (Design Plan Review) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant is proposing an expansion/modification of the existing bank and modifications to the existing parking spaces. The property in question is located at 2 West Union Street, Assessors Map 20, Lot 157 and is zoned Industrial.
