NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND ANNUAL §12 ALL-ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by 473 Partners Restaurant LLC dba Wicked Willy's Sports & Tiki Bar, Wicked Willy's Fish & Chips & Raw Bar, 473 Main Street, Hyannis, to amend the premises description as follows: Structure A is a 1-story brick building, 715 sq. ft., 36 seats, kitchen, 2 handicapped bathrooms, two entrances/exits and outdoor 400 sq.ft. seasonal patio with 20 seats; Structure B is a 1-story brick bldg., with a bar consisting of 567 sq. ft., 38 table seats & 12 bar seats, storage room, 2 handicapped bathrooms, two entrances/exits with an outdoor seasonal patio 484 sq. ft with 48 seats. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
