NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND ANNUAL §12 ALL-ALCOHOL LICENSE AND AMEND ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by House of Hatchets, Inc. dba House of Hatchets, 489 Bearse's Way, Hyannis, for an alteration of premises to include new entertainments as per the amended premises description: 4,500 sqft space, 4 entrances and exits, with 4 axe throwing lanes, one archery lane (all lanes to be separated by fencing), an area for dancing by patrons, karaoke, pool table, golf simulator, a concessions bar, an office, two storage rooms, three ADA compliant bathrooms, & two utility closets. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
