NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND ANNUAL §12 WINE & MALT COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by The Old Village Store, LLC dba The Old Village Store, 2455 Meetinghouse Way, West Barnstable, to amend the annual §15 wine and malt common victualler license with an alteration of premises to provide outdoor seating. Applicant also proposes changing the manager from Cyrus Buffum to Robert M. Bruce, Jr. as well as amending the hours of operation from 11am to 8:30pm, daily. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
