NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND §12 ALL-ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER - ALTERATION OF LICENSED PREMISES In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Smith Family Beer Garden, LLC dba Neptune's, 541 Main Street, Hyannis, for an alteration of licensed premises to include the conversion of an interior office into a quick service bar on the exterior to serve patrons sitting in the outdoor beer garden. Said bar is for service only and will not include seats. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
