NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND ANNUAL ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA relative to an application filed by 235 Ocean Partners LLC dba The Break, 235 Ocean Street, Hyannis, to amend the annual entertainment license as follows: add karaoke; increase previously approved live performers from 2 to 4; increase TV's from 13 to 14. Amend hours of live entertainment to Monday–Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
