NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL §12 WINE AND MALT COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by El Mariachi Loco dba El Mariachi Loco, 569 Main Street, Hyannis, for an annual §12 wine and malt license. The applicant currently holds a stand-alone common victualler license for the sale of food permitting 50 seats and is open for business Wednesday through Sunday 11:00am to 9:00pm. The proposed alcohol manager is Maria Karina Hernandez, owner. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
