NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW CLASS II AUTO DEALER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140 an application has been filed by Cape Auto Center Inc. dba Cape Auto Center Sales, 160 B Rosary Lane, Hyannis for a new Class II Auto Dealer license for the display of two (2) vehicles for sale. Repairs of inventory vehicles only will be conducted on-site. Daily hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, closed. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
