NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by 569 Seafood on Main dba 569 Seafood on Main, 569 Main Street, Unit 12D, Hyannis, for a new annual common victualler license with Karina Hernandez as the proposed manager; seating for 6 patrons inside and 26 outside; hours of operation will be daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
