NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL WINE & MALT COMMON VICTUALLER In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by The Buttercup Café LLC dba The Buttercup Cafe, 3226 Main St/Rt 6A, Barnstable, to add a new annual wine and malt license to this existing common victualler license. Establishment is currently licensed for 49 seats inside, and 16 seats outside. Proposed alcohol manager is Melissa Jankowski; hours of wine and malt service will be daily from 11am to 7pm (daily operating hours are 7am-7pm). Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
