NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW CLASS II AUTO DEALER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140 an application has been filed by RC Chambers Hyannis Auto Store LLC dba RC Chambers Hyannis Auto Store, 20 Bearse's Road, Hyannis for a new Class II Auto Dealer, with a maximum of 14 vehicles which includes 11 display, 1 customer, 1 employee, and 1 handicap spaces. Repairs of inventory vehicles only will be conducted at 52 Thornton Drive, Hyannis and 15 Jan Sebastian Drive, Sandwich. Daily hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday closed. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room - 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
