NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL §12 ALL-ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER & ENTERTAINMENT In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by The Grand Nine, Inc. dba The Green Side Tavern,1800 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, for an annual §12 all-alcohol common victualler license with Robert Murphy as the licensed manager, live and non-live entertainment license. Live entertainment includes 4 amplified performers Sunday-Thursday 12pm-11pm, Friday & Saturday 12pm-12am. Non-Live entertainment for 5 TV's and recorded music below conversation level to commensurate with operating hours. Premise Description: 1st floor incl 5 Rooms Kitchen/seating areas, office, three storage areas Total Sq. Ft. 1060; 2nd Floor - Function Hall, Kitchen, Prep area, bar lounge, Total Sq.
