NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL JUNK DEALER In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Periwinkle Goddesses dba Periwinkle Goddesses, 342 Main Street, Hyannis, for an annual Junk Dealer License. The applicant proposes selling precious metals, precious gems, sterling silver flatware, watches and jewelry containing precious metals or gems, collectibles, scarves, lamps and other secondhand articles. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor, James J. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
