NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by The Salvation Army, 112 North Street, Hyannis, for an annual common victualler license. The applicant proposes providing meals for the public Tuesday through Friday from 8:15am-9am and from 11:30am-12:15pm. Seating provided for 50. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor, James J. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing. Alternatively, written comments may be submitted in advance to the Licensing Authority by email to erin.logan@barnstable.gov by noon on, April 13, 2026.
