NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL COMMON VICTUALLER In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Fruit & Flavor, LLC dba Fruit & Flavor, 974 Craigville Beach Road, Centerville, for a new annual common victualler license. 48 outside seats only; proposed hours are Monday – Thursday 9AM to 7PM, Friday & Saturday 9AM to 8PM and Sunday 9AM to 5PM. Proposed manager is Renata Dias. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
