NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW SEASONAL COMMON VICTUALLER In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Summer House Café, Inc. dba Summer House Cafe, 302 Main Street, Hyannis, for a new seasonal common victualler license. 40 inside and 8 outside seats; proposed hours are daily from 7AM to 11:30PM. Proposed manager is Murillo Teodolino. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
