NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL COMMON VICTUALLER In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by WS Hyannis, LLC dba Wingstop, 451 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, for a new annual common victualler license. Seating for 30 inside; proposed hours are daily from 10:30 AM to 12 AM. Proposed manager is Steven Tate. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
