NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL §12 ALL-ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA relative to an application filed by Chen & Huang Inc. dba Fusion House, 378C Barnstable Road, Hyannis, for a new annual §12 all-alcohol common victualler license. The premises consist of a 2,406 sq ft restaurant space including one entrance, two exits, dining area & a sushi bar with seating for 49, two restrooms, a storage area, kitchen and walk-in cooler/freezer. The named alcohol manager is Jing Jing Chen. Proposed hours of alcohol service are daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
