NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA relative to an application filed by Colony Donuts, Inc. dba Honey Dew Donuts, 313 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, for a new annual common victualler license with indoor seating for 18. Named manager is John McCarthy. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
