NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL §12 ALL-ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 & MGL c.140, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA relative to an application filed by To Twenty Nine Group, Inc. dba Takara, 29 Wianno Avenue, Osterville, for a new annual §12 all-alcohol license. The premises consist of a 2,000 sq ft restaurant, including 1 dining area, 1 sushi bar area, 2 restrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 entrance, 1 exit, storage in the basement, and seating for 20. The named alcohol manager is Susie H. Zheng. Proposed hours of alcohol service are daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
