NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY TRANSFER §15 OFF-PREMISES ANNUAL ALL-ALCOHOL PACKAGE STORE LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 an application has been filed by Shri Jogmaya, Inc. dba Seven G's Liquor Shoppe, 990 Main Street/Route 6A, West Barnstable, for the transfer of the §15 off-premises annual all-alcohol package store license from Seven G's Discount Liquor, Inc. The proposed alcohol manager is Rishab M. Patel. The proposed hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The application includes a pledge of the license to Customers Bank. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, Selectmen's Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing. Alternatively, written comments may be submitted in advance to the Licensing Authority by email to erin.logan@town.barnstable.ma.us by noon on, December 15, 2025.
