NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF CALUMET PLAN COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Plan Commission on a proposal to amend the Town's Zoning Ordinance as it relates to Farmland Preservation matters. The key change would be removing language that allows the creation of non-farm residences within the farmland preservation zones. Instead, property owners would need to rezone such a parcel to residential if they wanted to build a non-farm residence. As part of this, there will also be some technical corrections to update nomenclature. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall located at W2104 Hwy HH, Malone, WI on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00pm.
