NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF EASTCHESTER ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board of the Town of Eastchester will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday November 6, 2025 at 7:00PM at the Eastchester Town Hall, 40 Mill Road, Eastchester, NY in the Court Room/Auditorium on the application of Todd Cromwell for Architectural Review related to 1 & 2 story additions, new front porch affecting the premises as following Section Block Lot on the Tax Map of Eastchester 64.E-1-23 and located at the following address: 3 hanfling Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
