Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to the obligations in NYS DEC GP 0-2024-001 for the Town to develop, accept comments and adopt a Stormwater Management Program Plan.
Project Name: Stormwater Management Program Plan for SPDES ID: NYR20A246
For: Town of Hyde Park procedures and plans outlining methods for implementation of the municipality's responsibilities under the MS4's general permit.
Location: Townwide and within high priority watersheds
Date and Time: Monday, July 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
Place: Hyde Park Town Hall

Said board will at said time hear all persons with comments regarding the proposed Stormwater Management Program Plan during the public hearing at 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538 in order of appearance on the agenda. Comments submitted in writing must be received before 3:00 p.m. on the date of the above hearing and be addressed to:
