NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF MCADENVILLE Please take notice that the Town of McAdenville Council and Planning Board will hold a joint Public Hearing on March 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM at McAdenville Town Hall, 163 Main Street, McAdenville, NC 28101. The purpose of the hearing is to consider text amendments to the McAdenville Unified Development Ordinance, (UDO). The McAdenville Town Council will review and consider the following request: (1) ZTA26-01 – Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 5, Section 5.16.5. Applicant, McAdenville Planning Staff. (2) ZTA26-02 – Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 6, Section 6.4. Applicant, McAdenville Planning Staff. (3) ZTA26-03 – Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 13, Section 13.15.3. Applicant, McAdenville Planning Staff. The full text and/or supporting documents relating to the proposed amendments will be available on the Town's website, https://townofmcadenville.org/government/development/. The public is being notified of this public meeting in accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Code and are invited to attend the public meeting if you should desire.
