NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF LAKEWOOD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, July 6, at 7:00 p.m., the Township of Lakewood Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") will hold a public meeting at the Township of Lakewood Municipal Building located at 231 Third Street, Lakewood Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, 08701, or at such other time and place as the Board may adjourn to thereafter to consider an Application by 1127 CL, LLC (the "Applicant") for a use variance for Block 183 Lot 1.01 (the "Property") which is currently zoned R-15 Single Family Residential Zone. The Applicant is seeking a use variance approval to permit the construction of a two-story, 33,124 square foot Office Building, which is not a permitted use in the R-15 Zone. In addition, the Applicant will seek any other variances, waivers, exceptions, or such other relief as the Board may deem necessary for approval of this application without further notice. Additional variances may also be requested during site plan approval. A copy of this application and supporting documentation has been filed in the Office of the Board Secretary located in the Township of Lakewood Municipal Building located at 212 Fourth Street, Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, New Jersey 08701, and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours. This Notice is given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. Any interested person may appear in person, though his attorney, or through his designated agent at this or any subsequent public hearing at the time and place designated by the Board and be heard on this application.
