NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF MONROE PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the requirements of the Township of Monroe Ordinances and New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, you are hereby notified that the undersigned GreenVest, LLC, by its counsel, has applied to the Township of Monroe Planning Board for Minor Subdivision Re-Approval, which provides for Readjusting the Lot Lines of the properties located at 81 Hoffman Road and 76 Hoffman Road, otherwise known as Block 32, Lots 6.02 and Lot 6.05 as well as additional property located on Hoffman Road being Block 32, Lot 6.06, on the tax maps of the Township of Monroe to permit an area from Lot 6.06 to be added to Lot 6.02 and an area from Lot 6.06 to be added to Lot 6.05, which Approval was granted by the Planning Board under Application PB-1262-24 on December 4, 2024, Memorialized by Written Resolution on January 23, 2025.
The Applicant is also requesting the Removal of the Condition of the Subdivision Granted on December 4, 2024, that the Applicant pay a Fee In Lieu of Installing Sidewalk and Curbing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing on the Application has been scheduled before the Planning Board on July 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Township of Monroe Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. When the case is called you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, to present any comments which you may have in connection with this Application. Copies of all applications, plans and supporting documents are on file and will be available for public inspection at least (10) days prior to the public hearing at the Township of Monroe Municipal Building.
