NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF PENNSAUKEN ZONING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of the Township of Pennsauken to appeal the Zoning Officer's decision, dated October 28, 2025, denying a fence permit for the Property (as defined herein) and for relief from Section 141-81.D, and any other variances, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board.
On property located at: 6500 Westfield Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ and more specifically known as Block: 2201, Lot: 20.
A Public Hearing will be held regarding Application #ZB25-0038 on January 14, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Public Meeting Room of the Municipal Building, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken, NJ 08110, at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application. The application and plans are available for examination in the Planning and Zoning Office, 2400 Merchantville Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08110 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsauken Township Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law, NJ Statutes Section 40:55D et. seq. Further take notice that said Zoning Board may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Zoning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
