NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Township of Willingboro Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on November 10th, 2025 at 6:00PM, before the Willingboro Township Planning Board at the Municipal Complex, One Dr. M. L. King Jr. Drive, Willingboro, NJ, 08046, in Council Chambers, to consider the application of the undersigned for: a minor subdivision of the subject property, known as 320 Beverly Rancocas Road #24, into two lots.
Bulk "C" Variance Application: Variances Requested 1) §370-7 Article XII (Lot Area); 2) §370-7 Article XII (Street Frontage); 3) §370-7 Article XII (Minimum Front Yard Setback); 4) §370-7 Article XII (Minimum Side Yard Setback); 5) §370-7 Article XII (Minimum Side Yard Setback for Both Sides); 6) §370-76.B.(1) (Minimum Parking Spaces); and 7) Article XIX Nonconforming Uses §370-99.A (Continuance).
Any and all other variances which the board may deem necessary on the premises located at 320 Beverly Rancocas Road #24 and designated as Block 16, Lot 8 on the Willingboro Township Tax Map.
Together with all necessary variances (as noted above) and waivers as more particularly shown on the plans prepared by Pinchin, LLC., dated February 25, 2025, revised to March 10, 2025.
All documents and plans required for this hearing are on file in the office of the Board Secretary and are available for inspection at least ten days prior to the Hearing. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
