NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF DOYLESTOWN
The Doylestown Planning Commission acting as the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet and hold a public hearing on a request for a variance by Crossroads Community Church for property located at 700 Gates Street Doylestown, Ohio 44230 and further known as Permanent Parcel No. 17-01290.000. The applicant is requesting a variance of 10 feet from Section 1155.14(a) Dimensional Requirements in order to permit the construction of a principal building addition that is to extend 10 feet over the parcel line onto the abutting parcel also owned by Crossroads Community Church located at 15240 Gates Street Doylestown, Ohio 44230 and further known as Permanent Parcel No. 12-02477.001 in lieu of the Code required minimum of 35 feet.
The public hearing will take place on Monday June 1 at 7 pm at Doylestown Village Hall located at 24 S. Portage Street Doylestown, Ohio 44230 at which time anyone wishing to address the Planning Commission regarding this variance request will have an opportunity to speak. Possible action may take place after the hearing.
